Are you ready to Experience the FIRST Coventry MotoFesT DRIVE ?
Event details
The event will commence Saturday 1st of June 2019 at the University Square, Priory Street Coventry at 10:00 and will finish at around 18:00 after the Coventry Ring Road Run. The day will continue with an after party @ 22:30 in Leamington Spa.

You will have the chance to display your vehicle to hundreds of thousands of car lovers while you receive exclusive parking at the University Square. The Ace Parade leading cars will take you on a breathtaking scenic drive around Warwickshire with a stop at the elegant Dallas Burston Polo Club. The day will end with a run of your car on the famous Coventry Ring Road! The event will continue with an after party in the famous Clink Cellar Bar.

You shall receive a sticker pack, complete MotoFest guide and a photo pack at the end of the event while the day will be video covered by Mr. V
The event is brought to you by Ace Parade in partnership with Coventry Moto Fest.

08:30 - 10:00 Coming from South/London? Join the pack of cars for 8:30 departure from Ace Cafe (Ace Corner, N Circular Rd, London NW10 7UD)

10:00 - 11:00 Arrival and Registration (Millennium Place, Hales St, Coventry)
11:00 - 13:30 Display your Vehicle in Millennium Place and enjoy the MotoFest
13:30 - 16:00 Escorted roundtrip driving experience on scenic route to Dallas Burston Polo Club
16:00 - 18:00 Display your Millennium Place and enjoy the MotoFest
after party
22:30 - END After Party @ Clink Cellar Bar (40 Warwick St, Leamington Spa CV32 5JS)
SAFETY
Vehicles leaking fluids will NOT be accepted.
Absolutely NO burnouts or drifting.

All participants will be required to agree with the liability waiver on the day in which they take responsibility for participating in this event.

Recommendations

Car safety: first aid kit, recent service check, spare tyre (even if equipped with run flat tyres) and puncture repair kit, breakdown insurance, car hazard kit (high-vis jacket, fire extinguisher, warning triangle).
