If travelling from abroad you shall receive the following free services if required:

 

1. Welcome package with relevant information for your stay in Romania;

2. Free SIM card with prepaid credit (Full-size/Mini/Micro or Nano) - please advise us the type of phone in order to prepare the sim forehand;

3. If coming by plane you shall be welcomed by an Ace Parade representative who shall take you to the hotel;

4. If you are hiring a car from Bucharest, your car shall be delivered to your hotel or you shall be taken by an Ace Parade representative to pick up the vehicle. You shall receive the same service when returning your vehicle.

5. If your car is shipped, an Ace Parade representative will take you to pick up your vehicle. You shall receive the same service when returning your vehicle to be shipped back to your origin Country.

6. While in Romania you will receive 24/24h support with the Ace Parade team both for emergencies and any other type of information you might require.
